Construction of a system of human rights indicators

Purpose	The purpose of the activities are to implement a system of human rights indicators based on public statistics, involving: international and national experiences as well as the scope and evolution of Human Rights concepts a methodological instrument for the building of the system the model contemplates distincts levels of disagregation: national, state level, and municipal level besides the systems is intended to be updated each year or at least each two years a case study on violence using homicide mortality among young males in Rio de Janeiro desagregated to the smaller intra urban areas, ranked according the level of violence; this classification is linked to infrastructure, living conditions and income of the families, personnel and resources allocated in schooling and defense.
