Evidence Informed Policy Politicas Informada en la Evidence: Web-Based Video Bulletin (Comminit, 2 Aug 2010)

This web-based internet bulletin in video and print format was developed by Políticas Informadas en la Evidencia through a joint proposal of its network. (Some materials are in Spanish and some are in English.) It presents the role of evidence in policy making as a tool to inform choices in policy formation and implementation. As part of this Latin America-based project, Dr. John Lavis of McMaster University, Canada, was brought in to discuss his research, writing, and perspectives on the topic with Chilean professor Dr. Tomás Pantoja, Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, Santiago, Chile.
