• Exercise in groups: Elaborating a theory of change 

Day 2

Morning session 

• Using existing evidence to learn about the effects of development interventions: principles of systematic review
• Discussion: applying review and synthesis approaches in program/portfolio evaluations

Afternoon session 

• Exercise in groups: Developing a methodological proposal for impact evaluation
• Including three elements:
  • Theory of change
  • Review and synthesis of existing evidence
  • Empirical research based on new evidence

The workshop will be held in English.
