Assessing Oneself: The Case of Mongolia

This conference paper provides an overview of the process of self-assessment that took place in Mongolia. the process began in September 2003, when Mongolia hosted the Fifth International Conference of New or Restored Democracies. the sel-assessment results are available in the publication Democratic Governance Indicators: Assessing the State of Governance in Mongolia.
