
Users' Guide Series on How to Measure Governance
This series provides provides concrete guidance on measurement in a variety of areas, from Public Administration, to Corruption, to Local Governance.
Users's Guides focus on thematic areas and the methodological and programmatic challenges that are most relevant to them. Each Users' Guide presents a conceptual and methodological issues to be considered when designing an assessment, selecting indicators and collecting data, as well as a source guide to possible data sources, and concrete examples of how assessment processes in that area might proceed.
