Assessment Toolkit for Promoting Integrity, Transparency and Accountability in Palestinian Local Governance Units

This toolkit is designed to identify and measure the degree of integrity in the Local Government Units, in order to enable them to upgrade their tasks and functions
which will have a direct effect on the lives of citizens.

In this sense, the toolkit serves to enhance the performance of the LGUs through identifying their strengths and weaknesses, and thus work on their reform, and improve their quantitative and qualitative competence to provide services to citizens effectively and consistently.
